Old Kouba
The historic core: the hill of the domed mosque, the 1832 village, the former Saint-Vincent-de-Paul church (1892) and the Grand Seminary. In this old fabric beats the commune's long memory. Verified
Ben Omar
Around the old Ben Omar estate (djenane): a park, a mosque and the 1970s housing estate. It was in front of his building in the Ben Omar estate that sociologist and minister Djilali Liabès was assassinated in 1993. Verified
Garidi 1 & 2
Large estates delivered in 1983, on land bequeathed · tradition says · by the imam Sidi El Garidi (18th-century mausoleum, eponymous cemetery). The ENSTP is based here. Verified
L'Appreval
A residential subdivision born around 1900 during the first suburban extension, whose name (لابروفال) has remained in use. Verified

Les Annassers

Le Ruisseau
Straddling Kouba, Hussein Dey and Belouizdad: the commune's northern gateway, around the Les Fusillés hub (metro, tramway, cable car). Verified
